Jessie Brownstein has expertise in clinical nutrition, community nutrition, and nutrition education. She completed her masters in nutrition at Nova Southeastern University and her internship took place at WIC of Broward County, Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, Meals on Wheels of Broward County, and Compass Group’s Morrison Healthcare. In addition, she has worked as a Teacher, Healthy Lifestyle Coach, Yoga Teacher, and is a Licensed Registered Dietitian. Jessie is driven to help and support individuals through their unique health journeys to create a life long and positive relationship with food and their body. She believes in creating a deeper and holistic connection with the body and food, fostering enjoyment in eating and feeling nourished through mindfulness - without the diet. She has worked extensively with athletes in sports and performance nutrition, disordered eating, women through the life cycle, pre and post partum, perimenopause and menopause, adolescence, and general health and wellness. As a clinician Jessie has worked as a hospital consultant, in outpatient settings, and in private practice. She weaves her knowledge and training together to create an experience that is grounded, compassionate, sensitive, and healing. Through an evidence-based, supportive approach, Jessie encourages clients to build a healthier relationship with food. She emphasizes intuitive eating, balance, and long-lasting habits to help individuals achieve their goals and enhance their daily lives. Jessie is passionate about guiding her clients toward lasting, meaningful changes that nourish both body and mind.
