Is the $149 lab panel included?
No — the Peptide Readiness Panel is a one-time $149 that kicks off your first protocol. Re-draws (every 3–6 mo) are discounted at-home kits through your membership. HSA/FSA covers both.
Does the membership cover the peptides?
No. Peptides are billed separately at your member rate — typically 15–25% below à la carte — and only for what you're actually on. One peptide or four, same $29 membership.
What if my clinician says peptides aren't a fit?
The membership still covers the visit. We'd rather tell you 'not right now' than sell you something. You can pause the membership at that point or keep it for monitoring.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes — both from your dashboard, no phone call. Cancel is immediate. Pause freezes the plan up to 6 months and preserves your chart + intake, so you can rejoin without redoing the questionnaire.
How often do I see my clinician?
Structured quarterly visits are built in. But the real cadence is continuous — every weekly log you submit is reviewed, and any flagged signal pulls your clinician in between visits.
Is this HSA/FSA eligible?
Most membership fees and protocols are eligible. Your dashboard generates a receipt after every charge — submit it to your HSA/FSA admin directly.
