Terms of service

By accessing or using Meto, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

If you use Meto on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you're authorized to accept these terms for them.

Meto is a technology and care-coordination platform. We connect you with independent, licensed clinicians and with third-party pharmacies and laboratories.

Meto is not a pharmacy, a laboratory, or a medical practice, and we do not practice medicine. All clinical decisions are made solely by the clinicians who review your file.

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a U.S. state where our services are available. Some protocols and labs are restricted in certain states.

We — or a reviewing clinician — may decline to provide service where it isn't appropriate.

Any clinician–patient relationship is between you and the clinician, not Meto. A clinician may decline to prescribe if treatment isn't appropriate; ordering labs or a protocol does not guarantee a prescription.

Meto is never a substitute for in-person or emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Paid memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period unless required by law.

Peptide protocols are billed separately, based on the medication prescribed. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

Lab testing is performed by third-party laboratories. Results are provided for use by you and your clinician and are not, on their own, a diagnosis.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at intake.

Where a clinician prescribes, medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacy partners. Some medications are compounded; compounded medications are not approved by the FDA.

Shipping terms, including any cold-chain requirements, are described at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no reselling medications, no sharing your account, and no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we believe pose a safety risk.

The Meto name, logo, content, and software are owned by Meto Health, Inc. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service.

You keep ownership of the information you submit.

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meto disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These statements are scaffolding and must be finalized by counsel before launch.

Placeholder: the final terms will specify governing law, venue, and any arbitration or class-action-waiver provisions.

This section requires legal review before launch.

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version with a revised effective date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice.

Continued use after changes means you accept them.
