Peptide therapy,
decoded.
Four lab-matched stacks. Twelve individual peptides. One clinician-supervised platform that picks what's right for your biology — not the trend cycle.
Short chains of amino
acids your body already
uses.
Peptides are signal molecules — fragments shorter than a full protein — that tell specific cells what to do. We don't invent new biology. We restore signals that quiet down with age, stress and metabolic load.
Signal
Each peptide binds a specific receptor — to release growth hormone, repair gut lining, regulate appetite or accelerate tissue healing.
Target
Unlike a small-molecule drug that hits many systems, a peptide does one thing well. That's why the right peptide depends on your goal — and your labs.
Supervised
Compounded peptides require a clinician's prescription. Meto's clinicians read your labs, write the protocol, and follow you through outcomes.
Four protocols cover
most goals.
GLP-1 GI support, muscle preservation, recovery, or comprehensive metabolic optimisation. Your labs and symptoms decide which one fits — and at what dose.

Gut-lining repair, tissue healing and GI-symptom relief. The most versatile peptide in the Meto catalog — used solo for chronic gut issues, as a GLP-1 adjunct, or for post-op and post-illness recovery.

Growth-hormone axis support for lean mass, sleep quality and recovery. Used by adults 40+ noticing the decline, and by GLP-1 patients protecting muscle through a caloric deficit.

A dual-peptide recovery stack for tendon, ligament and joint repair. Used by athletes working through injury, post-op patients in rehab, or anyone with stubborn soft-tissue pain — at any activity level.

Peptide Readiness Panel
The labs that pick your protocol.
IGF-1 sets your GH-axis baseline. hs-CRP flags inflammation that changes which peptides we'd choose. HbA1c and fasting insulin decide whether the muscle-preservation stack is safe for you. Drawn at a partner lab near you, or finger-prick kit to your door.
What you'll get
- Full panel results in your dashboard in 2–3 days
- Clinician interpretation in plain language
- Protocol match (P1–P4) with a confidence score
- Safety flags surfaced before any prescription
- HSA/FSA eligible · cancel anytime
À la carte, still clinician-
reviewed.
For members with a specific clinician referral or a single-system goal. Every individual peptide is prescribed only after a labs + intake review.

Everything you might want to ask.
Are peptides legal in the US?
Yes — when prescribed by a licensed clinician and dispensed by an FDA-registered 503A compounding pharmacy. HHS announced reclassification of ~14 peptides back to compounding-eligible status in February 2026; the FDA's advisory committee meets in July 2026 for further guidance. Meto only ships through registered pharmacies under clinician oversight.
Do I really need labs first?
For most protocols, yes. IGF-1 sets your growth-hormone baseline. hs-CRP and HbA1c flag inflammation and metabolic risk that change which peptides we'd choose — and at what dose. The Peptide Readiness Panel ($149) is the minimum we'll review before prescribing P2, P3 or P4. Recovery-only stacks may not require labs.
How is Meto different from a wellness clinic?
Wellness clinics sell visits and bottles. Meto is the layer between you and the fragmented peptide ecosystem — protocol matching from your labs, clinician oversight, 503A compounding, weekly outcome tracking and a composite wellness score. We don't run an in-person clinic; everything ships to your door.
Can I combine peptides with my GLP-1?
Yes — and most GLP-1 patients should. BPC-157 reduces nausea and constipation that often stalls titration. CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin protects lean mass during rapid weight loss. AOD-9604 stacks with GLP-1 without affecting glucose or IGF-1.
Where do the peptides come from?
Every peptide we ship is compounded by an FDA-registered 503A pharmacy and batch-tested by an independent third-party lab for identity, potency and contamination. Cold-chain shipping where required.
What does it cost?
Membership is $29/mo (clinician access, messaging, dashboard). Peptide protocols range from $85/mo (BPC-157 solo) to $425/mo (the SCULPT three-peptide formulation). The starter Peptide Readiness Panel is $149 one-time. HSA/FSA eligible.
