AOD-9604 stimulates lipolysis via β3-adrenoceptor without touching IGF-1 or glucose. MOTS-c is a mitochondrial-encoded peptide that improves metabolic flexibility. Tesamorelin (GHRH analog) reduces visceral adiposity through increased GH pulsatility. Stacked, they target fat metabolism from three independent mechanisms simultaneously.
