Liver Function Tests

Also known as LFTs · ALT · AST · ALP

Blood tests measuring hepatic enzymes (ALT, AST, ALP) and bilirubin — reviewed before starting protocols with liver exposure.

Definition

Liver function tests quantify hepatocyte health via alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and bilirubin. Elevated ALT/AST suggests hepatocellular stress; elevated ALP points to biliary or bone pathology. Meto's clinicians include LFTs in the Peptide Readiness Panel and re-check at month 3 on any protocol with hepatic metabolism.

$149 panel.
A clinician reads it in 24 hours.

Order the Peptide Readiness Panel, draw at a Quest or LabCorp near you, and your clinician sends back a matched protocol with a confidence score.
