Definition
Hexarelin is a six-amino-acid peptide that strongly activates the ghrelin receptor to trigger growth-hormone release. It surpasses Ipamorelin in potency but elevates cortisol and prolactin more significantly, with faster receptor desensitization. It reportedly has cardio-protective activity in preclinical models.
