Wound healing progresses through haemostasis (clot formation), inflammation (immune-cell recruitment), proliferation (angiogenesis, collagen deposition, re-epithelialisation) and remodelling (scar maturation). Different peptides support different phases: BPC-157 and TB-500 accelerate the proliferation phase; GHK-Cu supports remodelling via collagen and elastin gene programs; KPV and Thymosin α-1 modulate the inflammatory phase.
