Definition
Gonadorelin is a synthetic decapeptide matching native GnRH. Pulsatile dosing preserves or restores LH/FSH output, which supports testicular or ovarian function. It's commonly compounded for men on testosterone replacement therapy to maintain fertility and endogenous testicular size, and in select fertility-support protocols.
